I too had a “negative” NDE when I was 14. I am now 45. After pushing my experience well and truly to the back of my mind, after going through bouts of depression etc. etc. I have recently re-explored my experience and now (finally) understand it completely.
I cannot begin to describe how wonderful I feel! I have finally realised that I had not ever truly allowed love – to give love or receive love. I am a philosophical person – I can’t believe how dense I have been!
Anyway, I am really happy that you have written about this subject. I think it will help many people.
